Can I create a video game app with this?

How about a simple search and scan app?

    I don't know what a 'simple search and scan app' is... You can view all the activities in Andromo in our KB, and see if it might do what you want:

    No, you can't create an app for Snapchat filters. As for the calculator, Andromo doesn't contain any sort of features for calculations, but it may be possible using HTML/Javascript using either the Custom Page or HTML Archive activity.
