PayPal yearly payment suspended.

Paypal has notified me that you have suspended my account. I have a bank account attached to my Paypal account that has more than enough funds in it to cover the yearly account cost. What do I have to do to re-establish my account?

    Hello,
    You have reached the maximum number of projects you can create. Please sign up for a subscription plan or upgrade to a larger plan.
    And then you will navigate to subscription plans page.

    Really? I've created exactly ONE project having only made small updates to
    it over the years. This surely can't be the reason can it?

    We are very sorry that this happened, but blocking an account is not associated with Andromo, rather your account is blocked by PayPal. To continue the subscription
    you need to try to pay a subscription from the Andromo site or on the paypal.me/andromo (send us your [payment email] in case payment is due via paypal.me/andromo)
