Monthly Subscription mix Up

I am Honestly dissatisfied by this service. I am losing otherwise productive days because of a mix up that is not my fault in any way.
On the 17th of February I started a monthly subscripton of $12, paid through paypal. It was debited from my account, subscription worked fine for that day, Only for me to find that it had failed the next day. I complained to both Andromo and Paypal, I was refunded the $12 on the 27th of February of which I subscribed again on the 28th of February.
Everything was going smooth until the 17th of March when I was Debited $12 automatically, Andromo Payment. I subscribed on the 28th so have 11 more days before I'm due and upon that my ending day of subscription still read 28th of march, No change whatsoever. So I complained to Paypal, Unauthorized activity.
Now Andromo says my subscription HAS BEEN CANCELED. I still have 8 days remaining from the subscription I already paid for on the 28th of February.
And yet! My afore-Debited $12 has not been refunded.
Kindly find attached a file containing the transaction information.

    We extended your subscription until April 02 2019. Also, we added a few days to your subscription due to this payment issue.

    I appreciate it.
    If you would be so kind, please review the payment issue, as I was wrongly
    debited on the 17th of this month, and now I don't know any information
    about it. Is it that it would be used to renew the subscription after this
    one ends or that I would be reimbursed?
